辽宁普通高校体育教师自主学习的动态分析

摘    要:加强体育教师自主学习动态研究,可以为构建体育教师学习动力机制提供理论和数据上的支撑。通过文献资料和问卷调查,对辽宁省高校体育教师自主学习状态调研发现,体育教师没有将自主学习意愿转化为学习行为。体育教师的自主学习既受自身学习意愿影响,也受工作环境、管理机制等影响,因此,从体育教师的主观需求出发,构建体育教师自主学习激励机制;从学校的管理机制入手,健全体育教师的考核、评价平台等对策,对于体育教师的自主学习是十分必要的。

Abstract:Enhancing the sports teachers ’autonomous learning can provide the theory and data support for construction of teachers' learning motivation .Through the literature material and questionnaire survey method,after the research of physical education teachers in colleges and universities of Liaoning province,it is found that the teachers haven’t turned autonomous learning intentions into learning behavior. The autonomous learning is affected by internal demands,the working environment and management mechanism. Therefore,starting from the subjective needs of physical education teachers,construct the teachers’autonomous learning motivation mechanism. Starting from the management mechanism,build the evaluation platform strategy. It is necessary for teachers'autonomous learning.
