不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti最佳镀液配方与施镀条件的优选

摘    要:为获得外观光洁,镀层均匀且致密的不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti,本文通过正交试验在充分考虑镀液稳定性、镀速、镀层质量等因素后,择优筛选出1Cr18Ni9Ti镀液配方及施镀条件:硫酸镍(25g/L),次亚磷酸钠(35g/L),乙酸钠(20g/L),柠檬酸(5g/L),乳酸(10g/L),硫脲(1mg/L);温度为88℃,pH值4.8。经检测,镀液稳定性好;镀层外观光亮,厚度均匀、致密;施镀后试样耐蚀性明显优于不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的耐蚀性。

Abstract:In order to find out the best plating bath formulation and plating conditions for stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti.By fully considering the stability of the plating solution,plating speed,quality of the coating and other factors,the optimal bath formulation and agreeble plating conditions are determined through the orthogo-nal test:nickel sulfate(25 g/L),sodium phosphite(35 g/L),sodium acetate(20 g/L),citric acid(5 g/L)and lactic acid(10 g/L)and thiourea(1 mg/L),the temperature is 88℃,and pH is 4.8.The plating bath solution has good stability,the coating has a bright,uniform thickness and density appearance,the corrosion resistance of the sample is better than stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti after treatment.
