改性塘泥处理含Pb2+废水的研究

摘    要:本文采用池塘底泥为原料,经H2SO4和H2O2氧化处理,在不同条件下用于去除废水中的重金属离子.研究结果表明:Pb2 的初始浓度为50mg/L,用土量10g/L,pH=6.0,吸附时间为60min,该改性塘泥对含Pb2 废水的去除率可达99.8%.处理后残留液中的Pb2 用双硫腙萃取,分光光度法测定,测出残留液Pb2 浓度为72μg/L远低于国家规定的一级排放标准.

Abstract:Pond sludge was used as basic materials, oxidized by H2SO4 and H2O2, which was used to get rid of heavy metal ion(Pb2+) in the waste water. The results show that when the initial concentration of Pb2+ is 50 mg/ L ,the removal rate of Pb2+ by modified pond mire can reach 99.8% under the following conditions: the dosage of modified pond mire is 10g/L ,pH is 6.0 ,the adsorption time is 60 min.Dithionze extraction with spectrophotometric method was used to measure the residual Pb2+ in the liquid.The residual concentration of Pb2+ is less than the first national effluent concentration limit after the treatment by modified pond mire.
