塔里木油田沙漠钻井装备保护技术

摘    要:为保证钻井装备在风沙大及气温高的恶劣环境下正常工作,塔里木油田采取了许多保护措施.本文介绍5项保护措施:(1)防沙棚防护技术(2)柴油机进气系统防沙技术,其特点是3级过滤机构的第一级为旋风管式粗滤器,细沙在离心力作用下沿筒体边缘下落而分离出来;(3)直流电动机冷却系统防沙技术──在冷却风道上加装分离器,冷却风中的细沙被分离器阻挡,不能进入电动机气隙;(4)润滑油贮输系统防沙技术──采用密闭贮输系统,使现场油品不外露;(5)电磁涡流刹车装置冷却技术──采用输流式风机强制冷却系统。以上措施对钻井装备起到了较好的保护作用.

Abstract:ome protection measures have been taken in Tarim Oil Field to ensure that the drilling equipment can work normally even in bad weather,such as sand storm and high temperature. Five protection measures are introduced in the paper: (1) A shed is built to protect rigs against sand storm,sun light in summer and to preserve warmth in cold weather. (2)The diesel engine's air entering system is protected against sand by a three stage separating system which makes the fine sand in the air fall down along the barrel. (3)Fine sand is prevented from entering the airgap of the D. C. motor by fixing a separator in the air cooling duct. (4)An air tight system is used to prevent sand from entering the lubricating oil system. (5)For the electromagnetilc eddy brake,an axial flow typed cooling system is adopted to ensure the entrance temperature of the cooling water tank less than 40℃ and the outlet temperature less than 70℃,which meets the demands required by the electromagnetic eddy brake's working conditions.
