| 摘 要： | 以聚胺、混合多元醇和水溶性硅酸钠为主要原料,在一定条件下制得的一种淡黄色黏稠液体,即防塌抑制剂HLJ。通过红外光谱分析证实HLJ中含有醚键、羟基、胺基和硅氧键。实验比较了HLJ与常用抑制剂SIAT、NH-3、LYG-2、KCl的岩屑滚动回收率、黏土容量限、页岩膨胀量、抗温、抗盐等特性;并评价了其在聚磺水基钻井液体系中的综合性能。实验表明HLJ是一种性能优异的泥页岩防塌抑制剂。

| Abstract: | This paper prepared an anti-sloughing inhibitor (HLJ), which is a yellowish, viscous liquid with a commonly used polyether amine, a mixed polyhydric alcohols and sodium silicate under certain condition. Infrared Spectra testified the structure of HLJ contains ether bond, hydroxyl, amino and silicon oxygen bond. Compared with SIAT, NH-3, LYG-2, KCl, which are the commonly used inhibitors in market about shale recovery, clay capacity limitation and line swelling, and evaluated the temperature and slat resistance of HLJ and its comprehensive performance in polysulfonate water-based drilling fluid system, Experimental results showed that HLJ is a kind of excellent properties anti-sloughing inhibitor. |
