对我国社会主义现代化新型乡镇总体规划的建议

近年来，我国各地的小城镇建设发展迅速，但由于缺少科学合理的总体规划，在小城镇的建设中产生了许多问题。根据经济地理学、人文地理学和社会学的有关理论，建议参照各地建设社会主义新农村的成功经验，在新型乡镇建设中合理布局、突出特色；明确城镇功能分区；因地制宜，突出个性；设计好城镇规划体系，确定好选址和规模，全面搞好总体规划。

Suggestions to the general plan of socialist new-model villages and towns of modernization

In recent years, construction of small towns and cities everywhere in our country has been expanding rapidly. However, shortage of the rational master plan has created a lot of problems. According to relevant theories of economic geography, human geography and sociology, the author suggests we should seek reference to successful experiences in constructing new rural area of socialism. In construction, we should make rational plans and give prominence to features, define the functional division of the town, give prominence to distinctiveness by taking action that suits local circumstance, well design the planning system and make comprehensive and perfect general plan in town construction.
