| 摘 要： | 随着社会转型、技术升级以及产业结构调整,台湾的技职教育越来越难以适应社会的发展,供需产生结构性失调,许多年轻人毕业即面临失业。为此,台湾教育主管部门提出从校园到企业的“最后一哩”技职教育改造工程。该文介绍了“最后一哩”就业学程的做法及其启示。

| Abstract: | In order to upgrade vocational college students’ competence in the workplaces, Ministry of Education in Taiwan actively plans a series of promoting ability measures, such as promoting industry-university cooperation plan called Last Mile. The measure is to create basic foundation for vocational college students’ future employment and promotion in the workplace. |
