| 摘 要： | 多指标综合评估方法是目前国内外广泛应用的一个定量评估方法,其中指标权重设计是一个技术关键和难点。本文研究了指标权重设计的原则与方法,并对某政府部门人员考核指标权重进行了案例分析。最后,本文针对目前国内评估实践中存在的不足,对如何更加合理地设计指标权重和应用多指标综合评估方法提出了相关建议。
