醒脑静注射液辅助治疗小儿病毒性脑炎38例的疗效观察

目的观察醒脑静注射液辅助治疗病毒性脑炎的疗效及安全性。方法病毒性脑炎75例随机分为治疗组38例，对照组37例。对照组按病情给予脱水、利尿等降颅压和激素、抗炎、抗病毒以及营养脑细胞等常规治疗；治疗组则在此基础上加用醒脑静0．4-0．6mL／（kg．d），加入氯化钠100mL中静脉滴注，1次／d，疗程10d。结果经1个疗程治疗后，治疗组基本治愈率71．1％，对照组35．1％，两组疗效比较，差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组临床症状或体征消失时间短于对照组，两组比较缓解消失率有明显差异（P〈0．05）。治疗过程中未发现不良反应。结论醒脑静注射液辅助治疗病毒性脑炎安全有效。

Observation of curative effect of adjunctive therapy with awaking brain injection on viral encephalitis of infant

Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of adjunctive therapy with awaking brain in-jection on viral encephalitis of infant.Methods:75 patients with viral encephalitis were divided into 2 groups,the controlled group(n=37) received conventional therapy,the treatment group(n=38) received the adjunctive therapy with awaking brain injection besides conventional therapy.Result: The recovery rate of the treatment group(71.1%) were significantly higher than that of controlled group(35.1%,P<0.01),the period of symptom disappearance of the treatment group was shorter than that of control group,and there was significant difference in the remission rate between the two groups.Conclusion:Adjunctive therapy with awaking brain injection is an effective and safe treatment for viral encephalitis of infant.
