MnZn功率铁氧体的损耗特性研究

摘    要:研究了MnZn功率铁氧体在不同温度、频率和磁感应强度情况下的损耗特性,分析了磁滞损耗、涡流损耗和剩余损耗的机理,及这三种损耗与温度、频率和磁感应强度的关系.结果表明,频率不高于100kHz时,MnZn功率铁氧体的损耗是由磁滞损耗、涡流损耗组成,其中磁滞损耗在低温时占主要成分;随着频率的升高,即使在磁感应强度较低时,涡流损耗和剩余损耗的影响不容忽视,且两者都随温度的升高而升高.

Abstract:The characteristics of the loss of MnZn power ferrite was studied in different temperature, frequency and magnetic induction. The mechanism of Hysteresis loss, eddy loss and residual loss were investigated. The relationship between the loss and temperature, frequency and magnetic induction was studied. The results showed that when the frequency less than 100*!kHz, the total loss was made up of the hysteresis loss and the eddy loss, and the hysteresis loss was the chief proportion; With an increase of the frequency and temperature, the eddy current loss and residual loss contributed to the total loss at the low induction.
