摘    要:本文对我院自行研制的高效多管旋风分离器用EPVC-ⅠA型旋风管内的流场进行了系统的测定。给出了旋风管的结构参数特别是导向锥几何参数对流场的影响规律,分析了导向锥提高分散效率的原因。文中提出了准自由涡指数和准强制涡指数计算公式,可用于EPVC-ⅠA型旋风管设计。

Abstract:A detail and systematical. experiment on the flow pattern for EPVC-IA Guide Vaned Cyclone Tube developed by us has been carried out. The distributions of three-dimensional flow velocity and the static pressure are given. The variation of the flow field resulted from the various parameters of this cyclone tube, especially, from the; geometrical, configuration of the slotted vortex finder is presented. The test shows that slotted vortex finder can increase the collection efficiency of dust. the causes are discussed and some formulas for designing EPVC-IA Guid Vaned Cyclone Tube are given.
