深孔喙的加工工艺及关键工装设计

摘    要:微创医疗器械产品的加工中经常会遇到深孔类零件,这类零件有较大的长径比,一般的加工方法很难保证加工质量,甚至无法进行加工.有的零件结构还比较特殊,通用夹具难以完成其定位装夹.本文针对φ5×φ3×80型深孔喙,设计了该类零件的加工工艺路线和关键工艺工装,以实现该类零件的高效率、高质量加工.

Abstract:In the processing of minimally invasive medical devices, deep hole beaks are often needed. Itis difficult to ensure the quality of these parts via ordinary method and even unable to process themdue to their large length in diameter ratio. Moreover, some parts have special structures and it is diffi-cult for general clamping fixture to complete the positioning. In view of the deep hole beak, this paperdesigned the processing route and key technology to achieve the high efficiency and high quality of theparts processing,
