| 摘 要： | 阐述钢制头盔冷挤压成型的塑性变形和钢制椭圆薄板冷挤压塑性成型过程的塑性流线，并由此建立滑移线分布，用滑移线计算钢制头盔的挤压力。最后给出应用算例。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the plastic deformation of the steel helmet with cold extrusion moulding. The plastic streamline of the plastic mould-making process for ellipse thin plate are described. The distribution of the slip -line is established by plastic streamline. Using slip-line method the extrusion force of plastic moulding of the steel helmet is calculated. Applied examples is given. |
