| 摘 要： | 零件成组加工是现代制造企业所采取重要的加工方法之一,将围绕零件或组加工加工方法中如何使用EWMA(ExponentiallyWeightedMovingAverage)控制图进行过程质量监控等问题展开讨论,提出通过统计聚类形成"零件族",对同一"零件族"采用统一的EWMA控制图的应用策略,详细讨论统计聚类条件对EWMA控制图性能所产生的影响,并给出了统计聚类的基本原则与应用步骤.

| Abstract: | Group technology is recognized as one of the most important methods for modern manufacturing industries. This paper discusses how to control process quality with EWMA control chart and proposes the strategy of forming a part family and applying to it a unify EWMA control chart technique. It also accentuates on the effects of statistical cluster conditions on EWMA control chart. Finally, the basic criteria and the steps of application of statistical cluster are introduced. |
