| 摘 要： | 作为知识载体的高级专门人才及其知识溢出效应，对区域经济增长的推动作用和贡献无可争议。在高级人才流动和转移的基础上，讨论人才流动和知识溢出之间的关系，构建了一个区域间人才流动的动态知识连接模型，分析高级人才流动及知识流动对区域发展的作用。
