摘    要:选用十二醇作为改性剂对沉淀白炭黑进行表面处理.讨论了改性剂用量、改性时间和改性温度等因素对改性效果的影响,用极差分析及方差分析得出优化工艺条件为:改性剂用量30 mL十二醇/10 g二氧化硅,改性时间70 min,改性温度70℃,在此条件下改性后产品的沉降体积为3.55 mL/g,活化度为92.85%,吸油值为2.53...

Abstract:Dodecanol is selected out as surface modifier on silica surface modification.The effects of dodecanol's dosage,concentration of modifier,time of modification,temperature of modification on modification purpose were researched.By using direct observation and variance analysis,the optimum process condition were as following: dosage of modifier 30mL dodecanol/(10gSiO2),time of modification 70min,and temperature of modification 70℃,under these conditions: settlement volume of product is 3.55mL/g,the degree of activation is 92.85%,the capacity of oil absorption is 2.53mL/g,hydrophobic property of product is very good.
