TH3100红外热成像仪在空心砌块节能施工技术开发中的应用

摘    要:在BES-D围护结构传热系数热箱提供的稳定热源条件下,采用TH3100红外热成像仪测试了水平砌筑灰缝中空气间层对PCB-Ⅲ型节能砌块墙面温度的影响程度,红外热成像图和温度分布直方图精确地从定性和定量两个方面指出了少量砌筑灰缝面积产生的"热桥"效应会明显增加墙面高温区域面积,从而提高墙体的传热系数。在砌块墙体竖直灰缝和水平灰缝中引入适当宽度和型式的空气间层是一种经济有效的减弱灰缝"热桥"效应的节能施工技术。

Abstract:The influence degree of air space settled in the horizontal laying mortar crack on the temperature of wall surface of PCB-Ⅲ type energy construction block was determined by TH3100 Infrared Thermal Imaging System,at the condition of stable thermal source provided by the thermal box of BES-D thermal transmission coefficient of enclosing structure.The high temperature region area in wall surface and the thermal transmission coefficient of the wall would be added obviously because of the thermal bridge effect come from a few laying mortar crack area demonstrated accurately from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative in terms of infrared thermal imaging picture and temperature distribution straight-square-figure.It is an econmic and effective energy concervation construction technique to weaken the thermal bridge effect of mortar crack by introducting suitable width and pattern of air space in horlzontal vertical mortar crack of block wall.
