聚苯硫醚的结晶形态及其与聚酯的共混

摘    要:用小角激光散射法(SALS)和偏光显微镜(PLM)研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)的结晶形态.结果表明,在很宽的温度范围,PPS能形成完整的球晶,球晶大小随结品温度升高而增大.用DSC、SALS、PLM、X射线衍射研究了PPS和PET的共混体系.发现不同配比的共混物的DSC图中均有两个熔点峰,PPS的Tm稍有下降,而PET的Tm不变;同样它们的x射线衍射图始终存在PPS和PET的衍射峰;从溶度参数比较,PPS和PET相差较大.

Abstract:By the use of small angle laser scattering(SALS)and polarized light microscopy(PLM), the crystalline morphologies of polyphenylene sulfied(PPS) had been studied. It was foundthat the PPS could form spherulites in broad temperture range. The spherulites diamerters increased with the increasing of crystallization tempereture. In the paper the PPS blends with PET systems had been studied by means of DSC, SALS, SEM and X-Ray diffraction. Itshowed that there was always double melting peaks of DSC diagrams in the blends of different compositions. The Tm of PPS droped but PET remained constant. Its X-Ray diffractiondiagrams always existed diffraction peaks of PPS and PET.The solubility parameters exhibiteda great difference. The results indicated that compatibility of PPS and PET was bad.
