摘    要:在微生物间歇发酵生产1,3-丙二醇的过程中,不能根据实验确定甘油和1,3-丙二醇跨膜运输方式。本文以此为背景,建立相应的非线性酶催化混杂动力S系统,进而以胞外物质浓度的相对误差为性能指标,以非线性酶催化混杂动力S系统为约束条件,建立参数辨识模型,并证明辨识模型最优解的存在性。利用粒子群算法对参数辨识问题进行求解,推断出甘油和1,3-丙二醇最有可能的跨膜运输方式是主被动运输相结合。

Abstract:In the progress of microbial batch fermentation producing 1,3-propanediol,the transmembrane transport mode of the glycerin and 1,3-propanediol cann’t be determined in laboratory. A nonlinear hybrid S system of enzyme-catalyst is established in this paper. Then,the relative errors of the extracelluar metabolites concentration in reactor are taken as objective function,the nonlinear hybrid S system of enzyme-catalyst as main constraints,a parameter identification model is built and the existence of optional solution is proved. Fi-nally,the particle swarm optimization is used to solve the problem of parameter identification,deduce the most likely combinations of transmembrane transport mode of the glycerin and 1,3-propanediol is the main combination of active transport and passive transport.
