摘    要:为对比研究葛根芩连汤煮散颗粒与其传统汤剂的煎煮效率,采用单因素试验法,以不同煎煮时间点煮散颗粒和传统汤剂煎液中葛根素的煎出量和其干膏收率为指标,用综合加权评分法对煎煮效率进行评价,并绘制煎煮曲线.结果表明:煎煮5~60 min过程中,煮散颗粒的煎出效率均高于同时间点传统汤剂的煎出效率,且两者之间均具有极显著性差异.结论:本试验表明煮散颗粒具有节省药材与时间的优点,为煮散颗粒后续开发提供试验基础.

Abstract:Objective: To indicate the blood coagulation location of Liparis nervosa (Thunb.) Lindl. Meth- ods:The glass capillary tube method and slide method were used to observe the effects of Liparis nervosa (Thunb.) Lindl on the clotting time; the effect of Liparis nervosa (Thunb.) Lindl on the bleeding time was observed by cutting tails of mice. Results:In slide method and glass capillary tube method, the clotting time was obviously shortened in high-dose and low-doee alcohol extract groups, compared with control group with significant difference (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). In tail method, there was significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ) in bleeding time between alcohol extract groups and control group, either in high-dose or low-dose. Conclusion:Alcohol extractive position of Liparis nervosa (Thunb.) Lindl has hemostasis effect.
