摘    要:员工培训是知识经济时代企业获得有竞争力的人力资源的有效途径,然而,培训的投资是否值得,其效果如何评估一直是培训工作中的最大问题。通过对现有的培训成本——收益模型的分析,找到企业应用中的问题,并提出解决措施,以期使企业对培训成本、收益的衡量更加科学、客观,从而在人力资源投资中取得更大效益。
