摘    要:能源测量与控制系统是为实现大型工厂企业的能源管理而研制的计算机系统。通过对能源的产生和消耗进行适时的检测、计算和控制,可以大大地提高工厂企业的现代化管理水平,本文主要介绍了该系统的软件开发,包括软件的模块化结构以及开发过程中所使用的关键技术,如程序链接技术、菜单技术、陷井技术等。

Abstract:Energy measuring and controlling system is a computer system, designed for the energy administration of large factories. By measuring, analysing, and controlling the production and consumption of energy timely, the management level of the factory is greatly improved. The main point of this paper is the software development of the system, including the structure of the software and some crux skills used in the development, such as program merging, billing, and trapping.
