| Abstract: | Five Regular Principles are given to manage systematically the factors of forming readers' opinions under the open-shelves service mode in university libraries and the corresponding problems existed in the management process, thus improve collection of the opinions and treatment efficiency. Only in this way can we really get our services in the library improved. |
