| 摘 要： | 以青木瓜乳汁的冷风吹干粉为原料，经研磨，抽提，一步ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ１００凝胶层析，即可得到一定比活的木瓜蛋白酶，总活力回收为１０６．２％．整个流程只需１ｄ，而且操作简便．
