| 摘 要： | 为对核电厂操纵员的综合能力进行定量分析与评价，以保证核电厂安全运行，以核电厂模拟器作为研究平台，采集小样本的核电厂操纵员的可靠性数据，利用模糊数学的综合评判方法对操纵员进行了综合能力的定量评价，得到了核电厂操纵员对模拟事故响应的综合能力排名。结果定量地反映了核电厂操纵员的综合能力，可以为真实核电厂安全运行与操纵员的选聘管理提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | Quantitative analysis of the total ability of nuclear power plant (NPP) operators is an important part of safe NPP operation. A small sample of selected data from NPP simulator is used with the total evaluation method of quantitative fuzzy mathematics, to evaluate the abilities of NPP operators and to rank their abilities based on cognition reliability experiments on the simulators. The results reflect the total ability of NPP operators to improve real NPP safety and the management of NPP operators. |
