| Abstract: | At present, some problems exist in the relation between government and colleges and universities. For example, the status of the legal person in colleges and universities hasn＇ t established, the government functional departments haven＇ t fulfill the duty or they abuse the power and position in the management to colleges and universities. The basic principle to solve the above problems is administer in conformity with legal provisions by government, and manage according to law by colleges and universities. |
