| 摘 要： | 应用Microsoft SQL Server建立道路交通事故数据库，并以PowerBuilder软件为平台。建立交通事故统计分析系统，不仅方便了事故数据的管理，而且为制定和完善道路交通安全管理条例，提高交通安全管理水平提供了有效的管理手段和技术支持。
