超重力碳化法二氧化硅的干燥及应用研究

摘    要:采用超重力碳化法制备超细二氧化硅,经过不同的方法干燥,得到不同干燥产品,其性能有较大的差异。通过各种手段的表征,研究白炭黑干燥过程的脱水行为,讨论了不同干燥方法对颗粒团聚控制的影响,简单探讨各种干燥方法的脱水机理。并将所得干粉作为硅橡胶补强剂,讨论其补强机理及不同干燥产品对其补强性能的影响。

Abstract:Different drying processes were adopted for different products. The influences of the processes on agglomeration control were discussed via several kinds of ways. And the mechanisms of dehydration are concerned in this article. The products prepared were applied to silicon rubber as a reinforcing agent, while the reinforcing mechanisms and the effects of it were investigated.
