| 摘 要： | 苯、佛二元相融为主要构成元素的藏传佛教文化，是藏族传统社会主导性意识形态和社会文化，是藏族传统社会的主要思想根源以及藏族传统义利文化赖以产生、形成的主导性文化。文章对以这样的主导性文化氛围中产生、形成的藏族传统义利观或义利文化在《格萨尔》中的始终贯穿的根源进行了探讨，并对传统的义利文化在反腐倡廉过程中的重要作用进行了分析。天下为公，以义制利，舍己为义，兴天下利，除天下害的传统文化精神，永远闪耀着正义的光芒。

| Abstract: | Both Bonism and Buddhism are the two main elements of Tibetan culture. The combination of Bonism and Buddhism dominates Tibetan society, which paves the road of forming traditional Tibetan justice. The paper mainly discusses the representation of this traditional Tibetan justice in Tibetan long epic King Gesar. |
