| 摘 要： | 探讨了高原低氧环境对心血管系统的影响及其变化规律,为准确、客观评价高原人的心血管系统功能提供参考依据.方法:对9621名久居和世居高原的成年人(20~59岁,每5岁为1组)血压、安静脉搏、台阶指数进行了测试.结果:收缩压、安静脉搏明显低于全国平均水平(P<0.01),舒张压水平接近,台阶指数明显高于全国平均水平(P<0.01).结论:应根据高群体的实际情况,制定出相应评价标准.

| Abstract: | In this paper,Regulai pattern of Heart-blood vessel system function ofthe adults who reside in highland permanently is discussed.The reference for evaluating accurately function of heart-blood vessel systemfunction of the adults who reside in highland permanently is provided.The conclusioncan be drawn: for the adults who reside in highland permanently,their systolicpressure,quiet pulse and step index are obviously higher than national averagelevel's(P<0.01).Their diastoic pressure is similar to national average level's. |
