| Abstract: | Along with the deep development of the digital library building, the role of virtual reference services becomes more and more important. The collaborative virtual reference services in groups are also acceptable and running well. Collaborative virtual reference service could provide professional reference service to users anywhere and anytime through the international, digital network of libraries. The current development of collaborative virtual reference services at home and abroad were introduced and a general proposal of the distributive and collaborative virtual reference system was described. |
