摘    要:探讨了机械振动工艺对一种新型铸造铝合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当振动工艺采用振动频率30HZ,振动时间为60s时,振动效果最佳,舍金可获得晶粒细小的凝固组织;经固熔时效处理后,合金的抗拉强度σb为459Mpa,延伸率δ5为6.0%.从而可提高新型铸造铝合金的综合力学性能,满足实际生产的需求。

Abstract:The effect of mechanical vibration on the microstructure and property of a new high strength casting aluminum alloy was discussed.The results show that in the condition of using the vibration with different frequency and different time in the process of solidifying,the small crystalline grains can be achieved.While the vibration frequency is 30Hz continuing 60s,as a result of the fine grains,the microstructure of the alloy and the overall properties improve greatly.The new casting aluminum alloy with high s...
