AC废水中硫酸钠的回收及其纯化

摘    要:本文报导了从AC废水中回收无水硫酸钠的方法.此方法简便、耗费原料少,具有较大经济效益。该方法是用氯化钠作为盐析剂。先从废水中提取出含有大量硫酸钠(Na_2SO_4:NaCl=7:3)的盐析物,硫酸钠回收率可达65%。然后由盐析物经重结晶得到一级无水硫酸钠产品,(Na_2SO_4>98%)。有关从AC废水中回收硫酸钠的方法,目前国内外未见报导。

Abstract:In this paper, we report a simple method, in which little raw materials and energy have been consumed to recover sodium sulfate from AC waste water, so it has good economical effect.In this method, sodium chloride is used as salting out agent and a salt-mixture containing a high content of sodium sulfate (Na_2SO_4:NaCl= 7:3) is extracted from AC waste water. The recovery percent is about 65%, Pure waterless sodium (Na_2SO_499%) is then obtained from the salt-mixture by recrystallization. The study about this method has not been seen in this country.
