摘    要:在完成满足堆焊和磨削的自动变位机构及控制系统的基础上,针对多泥沙河流上运行的水轮机活动导叶修复问题,利用导叶本身的某些特征点,精确地实现了导叶平面定位和零点定位.采用离线编程的方法使堆焊?磨削操作机和导叶旋转驱动机构的各向运动有机组合,得到了近于理想形面曲线的运动轨迹,使磨削曲面与理想形面的误差小于0.2 mm,满足了导叶修复的质量要求.

Abstract:Employing the results of investigation of automatic positioner and control system for overlaying and grinding as well as same properties of the guide vane itself, the positioning of guide vane plane and that of the origin are achieved accurately for recovering the guide vane of hydraulic turbines running on the river containing a great deal of sandy soil in its stream. Employment of off-line programming method makes the multidirectional motions of the manipulator of over laying and grinding and the driver of guide vane rotation organically coordinated, resulting fomation of motion locus of an almost ideal curved profile and making the deviation of the ground surface from the ideal surface of profile less than 0.2 mm, so that the quality requirement of guide vane recovering is met.
