柱塞泵往复密封理论模型计算及实验分析

摘    要:本文叙述了对三柱塞泵往复密封的理论计算。利用Navier—Stokes方程和有限元理论,对密封件的压力沿轴向的分布规律、泄漏量与压力变化关系进行了计算。通过试验,验证了理论计算结果的重要性,从而揭示了它的密封机理。

Abstract:The paper deals with the theoretical calculation of reciprocating seal for three-plunger pump. The pressure distribution within the cylindrical seal gap and leakage rate have been caclculated with both Navier-Stokes'equation and Finite Element Method. Experimental results demonstrated the great importance of the theoretical calculations and indicated Its sealing mechanism.
