摘    要:针对子母叶片泵叶片倾角的选取影响叶片受力的问题,在考虑了子母叶片泵与普通低压叶片泵的结构及油腔供油原理的不同后,对叶片在吸油区受到的液压力、运动惯性力和接触反力进行建模.取一系列叶片倾角的值,仿真出叶片所受接触反力的变化曲线.经分析比较得出:在双作用子母叶片泵中,当叶片倾角为零度时,叶片受力状况最佳.

Abstract:Aiming at the issue that the choosing of heeling angle of vane will effect kinetic behavior of the vane in composite vane pump and considering the differences in pump structure and oil supplying principle between ordinary low pressure vane pump and composite vane pump,a dynamic model of hydraulic forces, motion inertia forces, and contact reactionary forces on the vane at the suction inlet is built.Taking a set of heeling angles of vane, the variation curves of reactionary forces are derived by simulation. It is found after analysis and comparison that the vane would be in an optimal state of force action when it heeling angle of vane was chosen to be zero for double-action composite vane pump.
