| 摘 要： | 21世纪的中学体育教师素质的定位是思想道德素质、知识能力素质和身体心理素质。但由于4个方面的具体原因，使之素质不够理想。为了解决这个问题，必须从改革高师体育专业的课程设置等方面采取对策。
