| 摘 要： | 介绍用于蛇类野外资源量调查的生境样方样带结合法。该法在总体（生境）分层抽样的基础上将样方法和样带法结合，在兼顾适用性的前提下，提高了调查的精确性；具有较强的可操作性和实用性，适用于较大范围的蛇类资源调查。并就提高调查精确度的途径作了讨论。
