Abstract: | The effect
of some parameters on the activity of immobilized glusose isomerase was studied, such as
hydrogen pressure, Mg2+, Ca2+, transition metal ions. metal
hydrogenation catalysts, borate and sugar alcohol. Immobilized glucose isomerase remains
sufficiently active under hydrogenation conditions after some inhibiting effects are
decreased. |
