基因枪技术中微弹加速过程的动力学分析

摘    要:为确定撞击发射式基因枪的微弹出射速度,以便控制细胞侵入条件,分析了微弹加速过程的动力学间题,包括:简化了挡板及其与微弹运动关系的力学模型,导出了徽弹出射速度公式,实测了微弹的出射速度。通过理论分析与实测结果比较,得出了挡板上与微弹相重合点的速度同微弹出射速度间的折算系数,从而提出了一种用理论分析与实验测试相结合确定微弹出射速度的方法,为基因枪的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to determinate the microprojectile projecting velocity of the gene-gun using in cell penetration, this paper analysed the dynamic problem of the microprojectile accelerating process. The dynamic models of the shield and microprojectile moving process are given ; the formula of microprojectile projecting velocity is deduced ; the real velocity is measured. By making a comparision between the theory analysis and experiment measurment results, the converting coefficient between the microprojectile projecting velocity and the point's velocity on the shield is obtained, which overlaps with the microprojectile. A method for determining the microprojectile projecting velocity by combining the theory analysis with the experiment measurment is proposed, and a foundation for gene-gun design is provided.
