| Abstract: | At present,the administration executive theory in our country has been unable to adapt to the development of public administration,and it should be improved further.The article suggests that the key to perfect the administration executive theory is to make specific analysis of the definition,scope and functions of the administration executive from the practical needs of administration decentralization. |
