| 摘 要： | 目前机械设备模糊故障诊断中多以振动的位移幅值为论域建立权重集，其隶属度函数都采用“升半哥西分布”。而现行机械振动标准（ＩＳＯ２３７２，ＩＳＯ３９４５）是以振速方均根值为论域制定评价机械设备状态的门槛值。本文通过拟合优化给出了几种适用于标准中规定的各类设备的权重集隶属度函数，供从事机械设备故障诊断的科技人员参考使用。

| Abstract: | The amplitude of vibrational displacement is taken for argument domain to buildup weighted set, and its membership function of semi-Causch type is adopted as present in thefuzzy fault diagnosis of mechanical domain to make the threshold value for evaluatingoperatingstate of the mechanical equipment in present Machanical Vibration Standards(ISO2372,ISO3457).Therefore,a membership function of weighted set suitable for eachequipment in the standards is given by fitting and optimum method.They can be used forscientific and technical staff engaging in the diagnosis of machanical equipment fault. |
