| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the basic theory and planning control system of regulatory plan which is a new type of city planning regulation.It expounds the importance of the implementation effect and analyzes the making method of regulatory plan and expression forms of results,hoping to improve the making methods of regulatory plan continuously,enhance its scientificity and ensure the authority. |
