大连市城市空间组织演进分析

运用有关城市空间组织的理论如聚集－扩散、增长极、核心－边缘、生态型城市等理论，从产业、人口、城市空间组织入手，分析大连市空间组织自20世纪初以来各个历史阶段的演化进程，得出由东部港口单核心-绕大连湾马蹄形－沿大连海南岸的环形带状－多核心的带状组团式－“V”字型－章鱼式的城市空间组织演进规律；预测了21世纪城市空间组织发展趋势，探讨建设国际性大都市的空间发展对策，如中心区东部国际性商业、金融中心的改造和西部副中心的建设，边缘城市地带高科技产业的兴起，以经济技术开发和大窑湾国际集装箱中转枢纽港为依托的新市区等卫生城的建设。

The Analyses of Space Organization Progressing in Dalian

Dalian has only a recent history of 100 years.During the first half of the past century Dalian has been occupied by both Russian and Japanese armed forces because of its strategic location.The development during this period was primarily to cater for their needs.Dalian has relatively short time for the development of the domestic needs,especially from the year 1978 when the opening and reforming politics were introduced by the government.There can be seen developing issues with this rapid growth,particularly the contrast in wealth between the central district of the city to the surrounding areas.These issues are not uncommon with such rapid growth,and have been studied throughout the world in the various countries.This report uses such findings as the concentrating pole,core peripheral region,incubator process and sub urbanization,and adapts a proposal suitable for Dalian.With this proposal in mind it is the author's wish to draw attention to these issues and stimulate thoughts for the possible solutions.
