绵刺小孢子发育和雄配子体形成的研究

摘    要:对绵刺的小孢子发育和雄配子体的形成进行了研究,有如下结论:绵刺雄蕊3枚,花药4室,药壁4-5层,腺质绒毡层,细胞在花粉成熟时原位消失,中层宿存,花药成熟时药壁由表皮、药室内壁、中层组成,小孢子母细胞经减数分上面体形的四分体,胞质分理解为同时型,成熟花粉为2细胞,小孢子发育及雄配子体形成过程中有败育发生,主要发生在小孢子母细胞减数分裂至四分体时期以及雄配子体形成各个时期。

Abstract:This paper describes microsporogenesis and development of male gametophates in Potaninia mongolica .The main results are as follows:3 stamina are observed in the flower of Potaninia mongolica ,anthers are 4 microsporaniate.The anther wall consist of 4~5 layers, epidermis, endothecium, middle layers and tapetum. The tapetum is of glandular type. When microspores are matured, the tapetum begins to degenerate in situ. The microspore mother cells give rise to tetrahedral tetrads by meiosis.Cytokinesis is of the simultaneous type.The mature pollen is 2 celled. The microsporogenesis and development of male gametophate are partially abnormal,which happens in meiosis of microspore mother cells and all stages of development of male gametophate.
