| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,认为现有的乒乓球发球擦网的规则值得商榷,据此提出了修改意见,并指出规则的修改更有利于乒乓球运动的公平性、观赏性和连续性,有利于乒乓球运动的更好发展。

| Abstract: | According to documentation, logical analysis and other methods. The author thought that the existing rules of ping pang net-ball worth discussing. The author also specified the improved Ping Pang net-ball rule would contribute to the sports itself fairness, esthetic and continuity. The improved rule could also offer better development for Ping Pang sports. |
