摘    要:华东电网的水电装机比重很小,调峰矛盾十分突出。江苏省网为纯火电系统,其调峰问题只能自力更生解决;江苏具有可装机3000~4200MW的抽水蓄能电站站址资源,且靠近负荷中心,在兴建抽水蓄能电站中应妥善解决好峰谷电价差问题和可逆式水泵——水轮机的选择问题。

Abstract:Since the hydro capacity ratio in the East China electric network is small, the contradiction of the peak load regulation becomes severe. The Jiangsu electric network is purely a thermal power system which has to salve its peak load regulation on its own. Jiangsu possesses suitable locations for pump storage power stations close to load centers, which have a capacity of 3,000 to 4,200 MW. The cost difference between peak load &. valley load and the selection of the reversible pump turbine must be nicely resolved in the building of pump storage power plants.
