过渡金属离子与氨基酸形成配合物的NMR研究

摘    要:氨基酸是生命系统中蛋白质的基本结构单位,生物分子中的氨基酸是金属离子重要的配位体之一。我们测定了甘氨酸、精氨酸等六种氨基酸与金属离子Zn~(2+),Cd~(2+),Hg~(2+)的~1H和~(13)C NMR谱,从而探讨它们的配位机理。实验结果表明,在加入过渡金属离子前后,氨基酸的~1H和~(13)C谱的化学位移位发生了一定的变化,据此可揭示过渡金属离子和氨基酸形成配合物的配位点,进而可研究所形成配合物的结构及其成键规律。

Abstract:As a fundamental Unit of protein stucture in Living activity, amina acid in biological molecules plays an important role in coordination with metal ions.1H and 13C NMR of six kinds of amina acids with d10 configuration metal ions Zn2 + , Cd2+ and Hg2+ were determined and also probed ioto their coordination mechanism. The experimental results showed that 1H and 13C Chemical shift values of amina acids were determined in the presence and absence of some transition metal ions. Changes of the chemical shifts, the coordination position and structure of the complexs were investigated.
