摘 要: | 本文以FeCl_3和Fe(NO_3)_3为原料,以Na_2CO_3、NaOH、NH_3·H_2O和NH_4HCO_3为碱性物质,在低于60℃的温度下,用胶体化学方法,合成了透明氧化铁颜料。并且就碱性物质的种类和浓度对铁迁移的影响进行了研究。结果表明,用此方法合成的透明氧化铁,在二甲苯、乙醚、四氯化碳,醇酸树脂清漆等有机溶剂中有良好的分散性;用此产品制成的漆膜对可见光有好的透过性,对紫外光有好的吸收性。

Abstract: | Transparents Fe2O3 Pigment was prepared by a aq ferric salt soln was treated with an aq base to PH1-4, to form an hydroxide Sol, which was flocculated with an anionic surfactant, and was treated with org. solvents. Sepd from aq layer. distiled with removaal org. solvonts and dried at 180℃. Test represent that the title pigment have good dispersion and transparency in ether, carbon tetrachloride, xylene etc org. solvents. |
