M/M/1排队模型的进一步扩展探讨

摘    要:讨论了M/M/1排队模型的扩展,在原有4种扩展的基础上又提出了3种新的扩展,特别就服务存在失败而需要反馈重新服务的情况进行了扩展,并对这些排队模型进行了求解。在服务失败而需要反馈重新服务的情况下得到了顾客平均反馈次数。经实验验证,当顾客得到正确服务离开系统的概率增大时,顾客平均反馈次数随之减少,但并非线性关系。为了减少反馈次数k,希望顾客离开系统的概率p处于0.7

Abstract:In this paper, we discuss the extending of the M/M/1 queue model and three new extended models are proposed based on the primary four extended models. Especially the case that customers failed in serving and needed feeding back to be served again is extended. These queue models are resolved and at the same time the average feedback time of the customers who failed in serving and needed feeding back to be served again is resolved. The experiment validates that with the increasing of the probability of which got the correct service to leave the system the average feedback time of customers will decrease, but the relation between them is non-linear. In order to reduce the feedback time k, we hope that the probability of which got the correct service to leave the system meets.
